Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. After cancellation, you can continue using the service until the end of your current billing period. 【Important】Even if you cancel mid-period, you will be charged the full amount until the end of your contract period. No prorated refunds will be provided. Example: If you cancel a monthly plan on the 15th of the month, you will still be charged the full monthly fee for that month, and you can continue using the service until your next renewal date.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of digital services, returns and refunds are not available. However, refunds may be considered in the following cases: - Service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours - Double billing occurs due to payment processing error If applicable, please contact support@ir-tracker.com.
