Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are intended to define the rights and obligations between us and users regarding the use of the Service (as defined in Section 2), and apply to all relationships between users and us concerning the use of the Service. By creating an account, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Service Overview
IR Tracker (the "Service") is a service that collects and analyzes financial information of listed companies for informational purposes. This Service does not provide investment advisory services and does not constitute a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any securities.
Accounts
You must provide accurate and current information when registering an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you become aware of any unauthorized use, please notify us immediately. Transfer, sale, or sharing of accounts is prohibited.
Payment
Users may choose from the Free, Basic, or Pro plan when using the Service. Basic and Pro plans are subject to the fees listed on the pricing page. Upon completion of payment, users will have access to the selected plan. Refunds are generally not provided. Users may change their plan during the subscription period. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges for the difference. Downgrades take effect from the next renewal date.
Data Source
The financial information provided through this Service is based on timely disclosure documents submitted by listed companies to financial exchanges, obtained through TDnet (Timely Disclosure Network) operated by JPX Market Innovation & Research, Inc.
Intellectual Property
The copyrights and other intellectual property rights of the financial information provided through this Service belong to the listed companies that disclosed the information or JPX Market Innovation & Research, Inc. The rights to original content of this Service (AI analysis, design, software, etc.) belong to IR Tracker.
Prohibition of Redistribution
Users may not redistribute information obtained through this Service to third parties. This includes reproduction, republication, sale, distribution, or any other method of providing information to third parties. Use of information beyond personal use is prohibited.
Prohibition of Claims Against Third Parties
Users agree not to seek compensation or damages from JPX Market Innovation & Research, Inc., listed companies, or any other third parties for any costs or damages arising from the use of this Service.
Prohibited Activities
Users shall not engage in the following activities: (1) interfering with the operation of the Service, (2) high-frequency or high-load automated access, (3) unauthorized access or circumvention of security features, (4) harassment of other users, (5) violation of laws, (6) any other activities deemed inappropriate by us.
Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice if users violate these Terms. Such action will terminate the agreement between us and the user. Payment obligations that have already arisen shall survive account termination. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result of actions taken under this section.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms as necessary. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nagoya District Court as the court of first instance.
