Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information. For account information, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We also record usage information such as browsing history, watchlist, and access times as you use the Service. Technical information including IP address, browser type, device information, and referrer data is automatically collected. Payment processing is handled through PAY.JP, and we do not store your credit card information.
How We Use Information
We use collected information for providing the Service and managing accounts, responding to inquiries, improving the Service and developing new features, sending important notifications, and preventing violations of our terms of service and fraudulent activity. If you do not wish to receive notification emails, you can opt out through your account settings.
Third-Party Disclosure
We use the following third-party services and share information as necessary. We share payment information with PAY, Inc. for payment processing (PAY.JP manages credit card data). We share account information with Google LLC for authentication and analytics. We share email addresses with Resend, Inc. for email delivery. We send earnings data (publicly disclosed corporate information) to OpenAI, Inc. and Anthropic PBC for AI analysis. We use Amazon Web Services, Inc. infrastructure (Tokyo region) for data storage and delivery. We may also share information when required by law or with user consent.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information. Communications are encrypted via SSL/TLS, and data is managed in a secure environment. However, we cannot guarantee complete security on the internet.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Account information is retained for 30 days after account deletion, then permanently deleted. Browsing history and usage data is retained for up to 12 months. Payment records are retained for 7 years. Server logs are automatically deleted after 90 days.
Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal information held by us. Right of access: you may request disclosure of your personal information. Right to rectification: you can change your display name and profile information through account settings. Right to erasure: you can delete your account to remove associated personal information. Children's Privacy
This Service is intended for users aged 18 and older, but users under 18 may use the Service with parental consent. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a user under 18 without parental consent, we will promptly delete that information.
